Benefits of Robotic Material Handling:

  • Increased machine utilization through higher and consistent handling speed
  • Improved quality through repeatable and accurate product placement as well as minimized human errors
  • Improved work environment with elimination of repetitive and heavy lifting tasks
  • Reduced labor dependency
  • Capable of operating 24/7

Core Competencies

Our customers can count on our engineers to design a space saving and easy-to-operate robotic handling system with creative gripper solution from our partners from OnRobot, Schmaltz, PIAB, Schunk, MagSwitch, Festo, SMC, and others. To ensure accurate picks and inspections, we use our vast knowledge of vision systems to create specific system for your application.

Case Palletizing System

Our case palletizing system is designed to be compact and accommodate continuous palletizing production even when unloading and loading the pallet stations. The mechanical gripper is designed for gripping inside the handles without damaging the content of the case. Position variations are compensated with built in height sensors and mechanical compliance.

Press Tending System

Press tending often requires lift assist for operators to load parts. Robots are a natural alternative for customer looking to redirect their workforce to less strenuous task. A simple solution is to mount existing lift assist tool to the end of a robot.
