Benefits of robotic painting:
- Reduced dependency of skilled labor
- Improved & uniform paint quality with optimized and repetitive process application
- Increased throughput through higher and consistent paint speed
- Reduced paint material cost by reduced overspray
- Scalability into multiple shifts without any need for additional skilled labor
- Flexible and easily adaptable to a new product
- Able to paint surfaces that are complex and hard-to-reach by workers
- Protects workers from toxic fumes and chemicals
Core Competencies
You can harvest from our extensive knowledge about paint chemistry, application, and equipment. We can integrate a paint robot with paint equipment into your existing booth as well as develop a complete paint system with conveyor, booth, paint kitchen and pretreatment of parts such as flaming and CO2 cleaning; Turnkey solution designed around your requirements regarding performance and quality.

Fluid Control
Compact Paint System with Shuttle System
Our shuttle system is a simple and cost-effective way to load and manipulate part(s) in front of the paint robot. Continuous and efficient operation can be achieved by having two parallel shuttles so you to load parts on one shuttle while painting part on the other shuttle.
Compact Paint System with Floor Conveyor
Our compact paint system with a continuous conveyor is a space saving option to bring parts from a loading area in front of the paint robot and through flash-off and drying section with minimum manual handling.
Painting of Large Parts
Large parts can be painted with robots by adding external axes that will extend the reach of the robot. Traditionally one or two linear axes are used for long and tall parts. In other cases, a rotary swing arm can be used to swing the robot from upright position to laying down on the side by which the robot can paint top down as well as under up without elevate or lower the part.
Pull Conveyor for Paint Trolleys
A high product mix requiring different kinds of part manipulation can be achieved with a pull conveyor and trolleys. Each trolley can be equipped with pneumatic operated part positioning rotary axis for vertical or horizontal index rotation so all surfaces of the part can be paint without directing the spray fan out of the booth.
